The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Its navigation technology was effective in navigating close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. However, it did struggle with finely engrained debris and didn't always clear raised room thresholds. Its operating noise level is also very high, which means this model may not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, has a docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dust bin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to an established schedule. Eufy's app lets you control all its functions. It gives you an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot mowers and vacuums available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. This robot is a few hundred dollars less than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean. It is also able to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it can know what to stay clear of. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.

It also comes with other notable features, like an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.

It features the same multi-room smart mapping that is found in the S8 and can differentiate between laminate and carpets, with high-pile rug. And, if you want to cut down on time, it will avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. If you have several types of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to manage regular maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is a great choice. The K10 Plus is a great robot vacuum and mop for those who live in small spaces. It's extremely quiet and robot vacuum cleaner speedy, and it does a good job of navigating tight spots. It also does a good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than most of its competitors however it doesn't compromise features. It has a good amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of any object it comes across (i.e., chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they aren't picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and are not linked to your account.

It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
